Meet Tricia! With nearly 30 years of experience as a REALTOR®, Tricia’s clients (many now friends) say her commitment to service, experience, energy, and friendly personality are what make her an outstanding REALTOR®. She enjoys working with a range of clients from first-time buyers to downsizing seniors, with a wealth of experience in relocation and move-up buyers. Tricia graduated from Iowa State University, then moved to Iowa City to raise her family. Now that her two children are grown, Tricia is rediscovering life as an empty nester and grandma! She’s an active volunteer with United Way and Go Red for Women Heart Association. When she isn’t working or volunteering, Tricia is attending UI sporting events, spending time with friends and family, church, golfing, walking in her neighborhood, or taking beach vacations. Meet Jenna! Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Jenna spent 12 years as a nurse taking care of children, seniors, and managing various health care facilities in the area. This experience gave her a love for connecting with and caring for her community. With a passion for service in the Iowa City/ Corridor area, she is excited to help with your home buying and selling needs. As a proud agent member of the Urban Acres family, she carries the values of hard work, dedication, integrity and outstanding client service. Jenna has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2019 but grew up around real estate as her dad owned a brokerage in Northwest Iowa. Jenna has lived in the Iowa City area for the last 18 years and has an in-depth knowledge of the various neighborhoods and communities. When she's not busy helping buyers and sellers, she is spending time with her kids, Ethan and Vera.
